Dr. Charlie In
Chairman / Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Charlie In’s 40+ years of experience cover sales, marketing, operations, finance, restructuring, M&A, capital sourcing, investments, divestment, IPOs and reverse-takeovers.
Dr. In was instrumental in arranging the public listing and fund raising for several Chinese companies outside China. He was the Chairman of Direct Marketing Association of Singapore from 1987 to 1995; as well as advisor to Asia Pacific Management Institute, Sapphire Corporation, Sky China Petroleum and Ying Li Property. He was the Chairman of several listed companies including Asia Fashion, Cedar Strategic, Raffles Capital, Sino-Excel and Sino-Environment.
Dr. In has taken the oversight and governance role in Asia AgriTech Fund, Asia Angel Investors Foundation, China Pre-IPO Equities Fund and MFund.
Chief Investment Officer, Executive Director
Ms. Zhang has 15+ years of experience in providing investments and advisory services to Chinese companies seeking overseas listing and fund raising. She has worked closely with a wide range of international financial- and regulation-related institutions to prepare companies for IPO, RTO and M&A activities. Ms. Zhang’s past clients were in several major industries including bio-technology, pharmaceutical, energy, mining, real estate and consulting.
In 2010, Ms. Zhang led a fund-raising process for an energy company in Yunnan and Qinhuangdao and got the firm successfully listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in April 2012. She subsequently served as the company’s executive director until September 2014. Later in 2018, Ms. Zhang secured the collaboration and white-labelling of Exante.eu, a platform with 88,000 investment instruments that provides a round-the-clock one-stop investment portal for investors.
Ms. Zhang has also served as a board member and executive director of several public companies and financial institutions including Raffles Capital Ltd., Wealth Institute, Asia AgriTech Fund, Asia Angel Investors Foundation, China Pre-IPO Equities Fund and MFund.
Mr. Chan is a Certified Public Accountant (HK Branch) and a Chartered Company Secretary and member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. He possesses a vast range of experience in international auditing, corporate finance restructuring and fund raising. Mr. Chan was a financial executive and director of several prestigious companies including China Flexible Packaging Holdings Ltd., Universe Printshop Holdings Ltd., Hua Han Health Industry Holdings Ltd., BDO (formerly known as Grant Thornton).
Over the last two years, Mr. Chan has been establishing a framework of reporting requirements in respect of financial accounting, internal control and corporate governance for the purpose of public listing on the HK Gem Board.
Mr. Chan graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting.

Monica Kwok, has led Money World Forex business in Asia for over 10 years, is now leading Raffles E-Money International to deliver the REMI all-in-one digital financial services for global merchants that require bank accounts in US, UK, EU, global debit cards, trade finance funding, e-wallets et al. to enable their customers to pay in fiat and e-currencies. Her team works closely with trade associations to offer REMI, an all-in-one digital financial services.

Albert Fan, with over 40 years’ experience as a business veteran with both regional corporate leadership background in IBM, DHL and his own businesses, he is now managing Raffles Financial Advisory delivering corporate finance advisory and arrangement services with an emphasis on public listings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as fund raising for public listed companies. He leads a team of highly qualified representatives based throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Wilson Ang, a 20-plus year REIT veteran who started and managed ESR (Cambridge) and Viva REIT, is setting up Raffles Financial Asset Management to list and manage Asian infrastructure REIT to allow asset owners to cut liabilities, recycle capital for growth and expansion, and increase their return on investments.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dong Shim has 10+ years of experience as Chartered Professional Accountant and 5+ years of experience as CFO and Director for listed firms in Canada. Mr. Shim has served as an audit partner on numerous audit engagements with a mid-size firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he audited various publicly-traded companies, primarily focusing on junior mining, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and high-tech industries. As an audit partner, Mr. Shim also assisted various start-up companies in achieving public listings on the TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian Securities Exchange and the OTC Market.
Mr. Shim also holds a financial executive position and is a board member for various public and private companies including National Securities Administrators, Shim & Associates LLP, Golden Tree Capital Corp, Organimax Nutrient Corp and Arizona Silver Exploration Inc.
Ben Tan, a young entrepreneur, is heading STARX (Science, Technology, Advanced Research Exchange) allowing Asian start-ups to have an opportunity to be listed on 1 of the 4 Monetary Authority of Singapore licensed digital asset exchanges, thus enabling their private equities to be traded 24/7 365 days among their investors.

Ms. Ren covers the areas of corporate governance, public disclosure, and financial reporting for public companies. She has cross-disciplinary knowledge of healthcare, financial services and sustainability industries. She was involved with major financial and strategic consulting firms including Cedar Strategic Holdings Ltd., United Overseas Bank Ltd. and Scotiabank.
Ms. Ren graduated with Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics and Political Science in 2012. She obtained her Master’s of Health Leadership and Policy (MHLP) at the University of British Columbia in 2016.
David Anthony Bruzzisi
Mr. David Anthony Bruzzisi (known as David Anthony) has over 45 years of experience in the capital markets in a diverse range of positions including market consultant, fund manager, and investment broker and has successfully undertaken the public listing of a number of private companies.
In 1986, Mr. Anthony co-founded the Professional Canadian Investment Group ("ProCan"). Over the next 12 years, through ProCan, Mr. Anthony funded more than 20 companies - all at various stages of development. In 1996, Mr. Anthony founded Two Lions Investments Ltd that helped fund a start-up company called Net1 UEPS Technologies which is currently trading on the NASDAQ under the symbol ‘UEPS’.
