Rocky Huang
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Huang Chuan is a corporate finance expert and governance professional with over 20 years’ experience working as a corporate finance executive, executive director and independent director of several listed companies in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and other major financial hubs.
He specialises in listed companies' governance, strategic management, mergers and acquisitions investment, risk management and audit. He obtained a DBA from ISC Paris, France, MBA from Bangor University, United Kingdom and MBA from Tsinghua University School of Management.
He is also a member and QLED of Singapore Institute of Directors (SID)

Abigail Zhang
Executive Director
Abigail Zhang has more than 15 years of investment and corporate finance experience as a director of public-listed companies and chief investment officer. Since August 2008, she has invested in private companies and exited via public listings arranged by her team. She has hands-on experience in the bio-tech, energy, mining, property and service industries including working partnerships with investment banks, auditors, lawyers, valuers and other professionals to prepare companies for IPO, RTO, JV, M+A.
She has hands-on experience as a sales supervisor, marketing manager, franchise executive, investment analyst and an entrepreneur in the bio-tech, healthcare, investment banking and mining industries. She lead an investment into an energy mining business and listed the firm on the Australian Stock Exchange. She was executive director of a ASX listed diversified financial services company. She helped launch a 88,000 investment instruments platform that provides a 24/7 one-stop hub offering shares, debts, indices, futures, funds, unit-trusts, forex including crypto-funds of leading exchanges to investors.
In 2018, she co-founded Raffles Financial Group that is listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange in May 2020 and serves as the executive director in charge of investments and corporate finance.
She holds a HRM bachelor degree and her current research is on children development.
Dong Shim
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dong Shim has 10+ years of experience as Chartered Professional Accountant and 5+ years of experience as CFO and Director for listed firms in Canada. Mr. Shim has served as an audit partner on numerous audit engagements with a mid-size firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he audited various publicly-traded companies, primarily focusing on junior mining, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and high-tech industries. As an audit partner, Mr. Shim also assisted various start-up companies in achieving public listings on the TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian Securities Exchange and the OTC Market.
Mr. Shim also holds a financial executive position and is a board member for various public and private companies including National Securities Administrators, Shim & Associates LLP, Golden Tree Capital Corp, Organimax Nutrient Corp and Arizona Silver Exploration Inc.
David Wong
Independent Director
Mr David Wong, Canadian, has 23+ years of commercial and private banking experience with stints at HSBC, Credit Suisse, Prudential Bancassurance, Bank of America, ABN AMRO, Bank of Communications, MetLife, SHKF, and AMG. David is passionate about wealth management and risk mitigation for his clients. He and his team are managing USD 1.5 billion AUM and has won numerous awards for 12 years consecutively. He is CEO of Victoria Financial Group that provides corporate and private banking advisory services including insurance and risk mitigation consultation.
Lily Ren
Independent Director
Ms. Ren covers the areas of corporate governance, public disclosure, and financial reporting for public companies. She has cross-disciplinary knowledge of healthcare, financial services and sustainability industries. She was involved with major financial and strategic consulting firms including Cedar Strategic Holdings Ltd., United Overseas Bank Ltd. and Scotiabank.
Ms. Ren graduated with Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics and Political Science in 2012. She obtained her Master’s of Health Leadership and Policy (MHLP) at the University of British Columbia in 2016.
Dr. Charlie In
Board Advisor
Charlie In has more than 40 years of business experience and spent the last 20 years providing investment and private banking advisory services in China. He has invested and listed many PRC companies outside China.
Charlie was advisor to AXA, BASF, Citibank, DBS, Hilton, IBM, Microsoft, Motorola, Siemens, Volvo.
He was Chairman of several public-listed companies listed on the ASX and SGX. He was the Chairman of Direct Marketing Association of Singapore, advisor to Asia Pacific Management Institute and the People's Association of Singapore. He was an adjunct faculty member of Singapore Institute of Management for 20 years and 17 years at University of South Australia.
He has taught MBA classes at China’s JiaoTong, RenMin, Beijing and Tsinghua universities. Charlie won the 2010 Big Ben Golden Mulberry Award as the Most Respected Financial Writer for his "Family Financial Freedom" book published by Tsinghua University Press. His “The A to Z of Achieving Abundance For Financial Freedom” book hit the China top selling chart in 2017.
Charlie holds a marketing diploma from the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing, MBA from University of East Asia, Macau and post-graduate qualification from ADMA/Macquarie University of Australia.
