Representative Examination, Assessment & Preparation
Raffles key growth and expansion strategy is to have productive representatives in key provinces and cities across Asia, starting from China. To ensure the province representatives can effectively deliver their service to clients, they are prepared and assessed via an intensive training program and on-the-job coaching before they sit for their appointment examination. Raffles charge for rendering such services to the representatives and co-share the income generated by them. Raffles goal is to secure at least 10 representatives each year with each representative targeted to deliver net profit of S$1 million a year. As of now, no investment banking service providers are willing to train “outsiders” to do their business and allow them to leverage on their collective expertise, experience and brand image. Raffles is ready, willing and able to do so for them.
